| If you have travel or scenic photographs you want to show off, but have NO website or don't know how to build one, CityCliks has the answer. You can display your photos and your name on CityCliks popular travel website! If you have 6-9 good quality photos of a city, state, island, park, country or interesting place, email them to CityCliks. Note: Your photos must be of one place. (example: Sedona, Arizona) You can submit your photos for review. (See specifications below). If your photos are accepted, and you agree to the terms below, CityCliks webmaster will design a page with your photos and your name credited for a small setup fee. (See setup fee below). |

Specifications: You must submit digital color photos in .gif or .jpeg format. Digital color photos can be 72 pixels per inch minimum. Photos should not exceed 5x7 inches. You can also scan a color print and save it at 96 dpi resolution minimum. Save scanned file in .gif or .jpeg format. In addition to your photos, please send a caption with each photo submitted describing the location and subject of photo. Provide your full name and email address.

| Setup Fee: If your travel photographs are reviewed and accepted by CityCliks, payment must be made and processed on a secure server via PayPal before CityCliks will create your webpage. The small fee of $29.95 helps cover expenses of maintaining a website including: domain name, web host. Internet provider, hardware, software and webmaster. |

| Make Electronic Payment: A payment of $29.95 must be made and processed on a secure server via PayPal. To make payment, click on the PayPal Button below. This will take you to the PayPal checkout screen. If you have a PayPal account, type in your email and password under LOG IN TO PAYPAL. If you do not have a PayPal account click continue to set one up. Once payment is processed via PayPal, CityCliks webmaster will build your page and notify you via email on completion. |

| Agreement Terms: Owner agrees to make a one time payment of $29.95 to CityCliks. CityCliks will display photographs for one year. After one year, CityCliks will remove photos or renew offer. Owner hereby grants CityCliks website the right, but not the obligation, to incorporate the still photos in any manner and use CityCliks sees fit on CityCliks website. Owner agrees to provide their photographs at no cost to CityCliks. Owner acknowledges that CityCliks will rely on this permission potentially, at substantial cost to CityCliks and Owner hereby agrees not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. Pending CityCliks approval, CityCliks will provide an end credit to read as follows, All Photographs by (your Name). |
