Acadia Nat'l Park

Jagged cliffs extending into the ocean, vast mountain vistas, a variety of wildlife, and an abundance of native plants greet every visitor to Acadia National Park. Here you can discover cobblestone beaches, ponds and lakes that were formed by glaciers, pink granite peaks and areas where the mountains join the ocean. If you are traveling on foot, on a bike, in a car or on a boat; you will be amazed and fascinated by the magnificence of Acadia. Composed of Mount Desert Island, Isle au Haut, and the Schoodic Peninsula, Acadia has an activity or a sight to see for every skill level and every age group.
